Een gloednieuw programma, ontwikkeld door Renata Sumar Gaertner om je verder te helpen  inzicht te verbeteren over hoe je jezelf en je deelnemers veilig kunt begeleiden in aangepaste yoga-poses en hoe je yoga flow kan opbouwen om dieper te verbinden met je yoga beoefening. 

DAG 1
08:00 am - Meditation & Hatha Yoga Class.
09:45am - Breakfast
10:00 am - Introduction
10:30 am – Surya Namaskar -going deeper in each pose
11:00 am – Adding variations to SN to balance your practice
12:00 am – Understanding principles of forward bending
01:00 pm - Break for Lunch
02:00 pm - Anatomy of Asanas of Hatha Yoga.
03:00 pm - Teaching Hatha Yoga Class: applying principles of anatomy.
04:30 pm - Deep Relaxation
05:00 pm - End of the Day

08:00 am – Morning Sadhana as day 1 
09:45 am - Breakfast 
10:00 am Adjusting yourself and your students – theory and practice.
10:45am - Hands on adjustments 
11:30 am – Understanding the principles of back bending 
12:30 pm – Using breath and movements to develop body awareness and concentration 
01:00 pm - Break for Lunch 
02:00 pm – Understanding the principals of lateral bending and spinal twists 
03:00 pm - Creating sequences for yoga class that will accommodate different levels of students 
04:00 pm - Group Discussion 
04:30 pm – Questions and answers 
05:00 pm - End of the Program
